Just a few minutes are all it takes to set up your shaded area, wherever you are. Unlike a traditional shelter, which is heavy and vulnerable to wind, Solmera is a portable shade sail made of stretch lycra: instead of taking gusts head-on, it absorbs them and remains taut without deforming.

Under its 240 x 240 cm, 4 to 5 people can enjoy UV 50+ protected shade, with a water-repellent treatment that dries quickly in case of spray or rain.

Beach, mountain, desert, riverbank: its 4 anchor bags can be filled with whatever the terrain offers (sand, small stones, pebbles, soil), with no poles or loose ground required. You spread it out, form an X, fill the bags, slide in the poles, lift it up — a few minutes are enough, and everything folds back into a compact backpack.

Maintenance
  • Clean the sail with fresh water after use by the sea (sand, sea spray) or if the ground is muddy

Usage precautions

  • Check the tension of the sail regularly during use, especially in variable wind conditions
  • This is not a closed and watertight shelter: do not use it as protection against heavy and prolonged rain
  • Dismantle the sail if weather conditions deteriorate significantly (gusts, thunderstorms)
